Our Mission and Vision

Our mission is to leverage AI to enhance effective hiring by eliminating the time it takes to screen countless resumes, while giving a fair chance to all candidates by eliminating the bias element of selecting resumes based on keywords.

The Problem

It is customary for professional recruiters to receive hundred resumes for a job advert. In this process, they spend a lot of time in manually screening these CVs or they make use applications that rely on keywords in the CVs. Some candidates are so good in writing resumes without necessary being able to prove the skills mentioned in them. This process is time consuming or can eliminate good candidates whose CVs don't contain those keywords. In the end the candidates screening process becomes ineffective, inefficient and bias. Moreover, most recruiters and even industry experts lack the time or the skills to design technical assessment that would evaluate a candidates transferable skills and potential to succeed in a job.

The Solution

By designing cognitive and technical assessments for various levels of experience, candidates can be compared on the same foot, and interview chances awarded to those who meet the minimum scores. Recruiters can therefore rely on our screening process and only select the profiles they want to continue with.

How It Started

This solution started back in the year 2010, when the founder, was entrusted with the hiring of accounting staff by small and medium-size firms. He designed a set of real-life scenario questions to select the best candidates. All the accountants he hired proved to be to performers in their jobs or at least didn't deviate a lot from the scores they had in the assessments. This model was handled manually and has been proven to work on several occasions. With the advent of AI and the need to have this solution work across the globe, the idea of a platform was born.
