Candidates simply create and account, log in and select an assessment based on their level of working experience. Once the student completes the assessment, they get an instant report of their performance.
Recruiters have the option to create an account, post their jobs, select candidates based on scores, and contact them for last-round interviews. However, they can also request candidates with higher scores directly or outsource the entire hiring process to us.

Yes, a candidate is free to take all available assessments in their field but they cannot take the same assessment level within an interval of less than 90 days.

A high assessment mark opens doors of interviews with recruiters and you will need to meet other soft skills criteria the recruiters are looking for. But you won't have an interview opportunity if you don't score well in the assessment.

Our assessments are taken under a camera-controlled environment powered by AI with a mix of human supervision. The system generates a "cheat" report at the end of each assessment and any attempt from the candidate to cheat would result in the candidate's result being canceled and their profile banned for a period.
No, it is only possible to apply for a job once you have created an account and completed your profile on the platform. The candidate should be able to apply for all jobs if he/she meets the minimum criteria. Most jobs would require the candidate to have an assessment score as well.
